The Highland Council Planning Department has recommended rejection of the proposed Care Home in Ness Road. The Community Council and Black Isle Ward Councillors on the highland Council disagree with this recommendation and the application will now be determined at the Northern Planning Applications Committe meeting on 17th October. The Community Council will be writing to all members of the NPAC urging them to ignore the plnner's recommendation and permit the building of the Care Home.
